Returns & Issues

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info@teeteesbar.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and your order details so we can make it right.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional redelivery fees.

If your package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we’re happy to resend it — once the new delivery fee has been paid.
