General Shipping

  • Orders may require age verification, please ensure an adult is present at delivery.

  • All orders depend on stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options for a replacement, refund, or revised delivery date.

  • At this time, we only deliver to addresses in England.

​

  • We'll notify you when your order ships, including tracking details so you can follow its progress.

​

  • All deliveries require a signature, please ensure someone is available at the address provided.

Returns & Issues

 

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info@teeteesbar.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and your order details so we can make it right.

​

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

 

Delivery Issues

 

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional redelivery fees.

​

  • If your package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we’re happy to resend it — once the new delivery fee has been paid.
