WHAT IS TEE TEES BAR?
Tee Tees Bar is a mobile bar and is a portable bar setup that brings the full bar experience to your event. We handle everything from setup to service. Just tell us where the event is, and we’ll bring the rest.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
We certainly do! We will send drinks list via email if requested, if you require a special drink please let us know and we will try our best to have it for your special day.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER FOR?
Weddings, baby showers, private parties, birthdays, cooperate events, christenings, funerals- any event we are there.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FIRST?
Deposit are required within 7 days of booking confirmation, without a deposit booking is not made and date is no longer secure. Final payment is required 21 days before event (this can be paid in full if you wish before 21 days), fail to comply will result in the booking being cancelled.
HOW DO DEPOSITS WORK?
30% of total booking is required as deposit which will be deducted from the total, unless Pay as you pour package is purchased which will require a £500 deposit to secure the date. All deposits are non refundable unless we’ve stated other wise.
I'D LIKE TO PAY FOR A "PAY AS YOU POUR" PACKAGE, HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will save you the hassle of having a tab for your guest, they can purchase their own drinks. A deposit of £500 is required to secure the date, this deposit only becomes refundable if the agreed minimum spend is met.
CAN I CANCEL?
Of course you can but its at a fee, we understand that things can happen. If you need to reschedule please reach out and we will try our best to accommodate. 14 days or more before the event you will receive a full refund excluding deposit, 7 days or less before the event are non-refundable as we’ve already reserved date and prepared for your event.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
Our packages include staff (Unless stated otherwise), mobile bar set up and breakdown. Recyclable plastic cups (unless upgraded to glass), ice, garnish, drinks and much more.
CAN I HAVE THE BAR SETUP OUTDOORS?
We operate from any space. We have a tent if the weather is not great! Do inform us if the bar is required to be outside and we will come equipped and prepared.
DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY AND RUNNING WATER FOR THE BAR?
If there is electricity and running water then that will be great, if not we will have our back ups.
ARE YOU INSURED?
We are! This can be requested.
WHAT IS A TEMPORARY EVENTS NOTICE (TENS) & DO I NEED TO APPLY?
A TENS is a legal requirement in the UK that allows us to serve alcohol at events on unlicensed premises which must be applied at least 10 days before the event. We can apply for a TENS at a fee.
CAN WE TAKE PICTURES OF THE STAFF AND BAR IN ACTION?

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET IN CONTACT BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

WHY DO YOU ONLY CATER FOR EVENTS ON WEEKENDS?
As much as we would love to operate throughout the week its just not possible. However, this is subject to change. You can enquire as we may have some available slots.
CAN MY GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN DRINKS TO EVENTS YOU SERVE AT?
No! We cant physically stop your guest but we do reserve the right to keep your deposit (we only work with proof, we will take pictures to ensure this is the truth.
